Cancellation Policy

The treatments and services you select are reserved especially for you. Client who do not honor their appointments will be charged a cancellation fee as follows:

Failure to show: the entire price of the treatment

Weekday Bookings

-if at least 24hrs notice is given, services will be cancelled without charge
-if less than 24hrs notice is given, $25 per every 15 minutes is charged

Weekend Bookings

-if at least 48hrs notice is given, services will be cancelled without charge
-if less than 48hrs notice is given, $25 per every 15 minutes is charged

Booked Consults

-Booked consults need 24hr to cancel during the week and 48hr for weekends and holidays.
-If under the 24hr or 48hr time frame, there is an $80 plus tx fee that is applied to a credit account that can be used for future services.
