Urban Body Laser is my go to skin management care team that I have been going to for years. I have rosacea and have used UBLaser to successfully manage and correct the effects of the condition. Love the gals that work there as they make me feel at home and relaxed as soon as I enter the office. The technicians are delightful and always allay any nervousness around treatments as well as being very knowledgeable and up to date in their treatments info. UBL also carries the BEST natural worry free skin care products.

Recently, I had them laser always the age/liver spots and red marks on my hands. The treatment was a major success and Took no time at all and for me, one treatment did it!

Aside for great skin care they also have the most amazzzzzzzzzing fresh Japanese flower arrangements (ikebana) I have ever seen. Shows me that they not only care about their treatments, service and products they offer but also your comfort and overall positive experience which surpasses that of other similar establishments. Believe me, I have tried many of them and this one finally felt like home 🙂

I have been coming here for about 18 months and have had both photofacials (for my pigment scarring) and microneedling (for everything else) on my face. The difference is remarkable and even the man noticed (and he doesn’t always notice…..lol) and encouraged me to continue going since it made me so happy to have clear skin for the first time in my adult life. I no longer had to wear foundation, although I chose to use the Colorscience range that they carry, as it had sunscreen. I have also changed my skincare over to their R3 range and am happy with the results. Consultations are free so go in and have a look like I did.

I am obsessed with their skincare line R3 derma! I have struggled with my skin my whole life because I have combination skin and can never find a balance between my skin being to dry and having breakouts. In the past, I would either get a recommendation for a product that kills my acne but dry’s out my skin or something that is super hydrating but doesn’t contain my breakouts. I’ve always blamed my bad skin on eating dairy, too my sugar, or my hormones but it reality I just wasn’t using healthy products. I originally went to Urbanbody for a colour matching consultation for the makeup like they carry (Colorscience) and I not only found the perfect colour makeup that’s healthy for my skin and the technician also did a skin analysis on me. She matched me with all the suitable products for my skin and explained the steps to a proper skin care routine that I was missing! They are so knowledgeable and are the friendliest people ever. My skin has never looked better!!!!

I’ve been going to urban body laser for my microneedling treatments to treat acne scars and the girls are really awesome at making you feel good about your scars. I had cystic acne when I was younger and didn’t even know you could get rid of “crater” scars. I went in for a consultation for a skin analysis just to see that products could make my scars less visible, and they told me all about microneedling and it was actually music to my ears. was kind of bummed I didn’t know about these treatments sooner, but 4 treatments in and im over the moon excited about my face- never thought I WOULDN’T have scars. the girls know their stuff; they make it easy to understand instead of using bug medical terms. I love going to urban body and hiiighly recommend it to anybody that wants to be heard, and pointed in the right direction for whatever you’re looking for.

I had an issue come up several months ago with this location where I wasn’t too happy; I asked the girls to have their manager call m. Janiece was the manager and she gave me a call right away and took care of my issue and to be honest made me want to write this review to show everyone how well Janiece handles problems and how much she values her clients. Miss-communication happens and that was the case with my issue but Janiece honestly just took care of it and I felt happy after the conversation was over.

If you want a business who takes care of you and greets you with open arms and a big smile each time you arrive I recommended this place. There are other hair removal businesses that aren’t certified and may cost a little less but Urban Body is perfect. They are all certified and professional; they know what they are doing! You do not have to worry about those horror stories of people coming out of Laser Hair removal with burns all over their bodies or any of that stuff!!

These people here are amazing and I recommend them!

I had run out of skincare and was using coconut oil on my face. Purchased the R3 skin products and within 2 days the red and blotchiness was gone. I still need a few BBL treatments from UBL but the skincare definitely got me back on track to more even skin tone. Would definitely recommend this line for you everyday skincare needs.
